Vancouver, British Columbia, July 27, 2024 – Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. (“Oracle” or the “Company”) announces that on June 25, 2024, it acquired 2,765,295 common shares in the capital of Nevada Vanadium Mining Corp. (“Nevada Vanadium”), representing 51.53% of the common shares in Nevada Vanadium (“Nevada Vanadium Shares”) held by Oracle (the “Acquisition”).
The deemed value of the acquisition was $0.145 per share for a total deemed value of $400,968.
Immediately prior to the Acquisition, Oracle held 31,191,848 Nevada Vanadium Shares, representing in total approximately 47.34% of the outstanding Nevada Vanadium Shares. Immediately following the completion of the Acquisition, Oracle holds 33,957,143 Nevada Vanadium Shares, representing approximately 51.53% of the outstanding Nevada Vanadium Shares.
Oracle acquired the Nevada Vanadium Shares described in this news release for investment purposes. In accordance with applicable securities laws, Oracle may, from time to time and at any time, acquire additional shares and/or other equity, debt or other securities or instruments (collectively, “Securities”) of Nevada Vanadium and Oracle reserves the right to dispose of any or all of its Securities in the open market or otherwise at any time and from time to time, and to engage in similar transactions with respect to the Securities, the whole depending on market conditions, the business and prospects of Nevada Vanadium, Oracle’s portfolio of investment assets and other factors relevant to the business decisions of Oracle.
